Description: 3 rounds for time of:
200 m run
10 Burpee Box Jumps
20 Pull-ups
30 Wall Balls
400 m Run
10 Handstand Push-ups
20 Kettlebell Swings
30 Mountain Climbers (4 count)
200 m run

Rest exactly 3 mins between rounds. Try to keep round times as close together as possible

5 Pull-ups
