Description: We will split into 2 groups. The 1st group completes the first 10 min AMRAP. The 2nd group completes the second 10 min AMRAP. Then rest 3 mins and complete the other AMRAP.

5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Post total rounds.

As many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:
5 Burpees
10 Wall Balls
15 Sit-up (abmat)s

Post total rounds.
