Accumulate 5 minutes in the bottom of your squat as part of a warm up.

Power Clean 3 reps @ 70% of 1RM 
Power Clean 3 reps @ 80% of 1RM 
Power Clean 3+ reps @ 90% of 1RM

3 rounds for time of: 
Run 400 meters 
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing) 
12 Handstand push-ups
