6 Hang Power Cleans 115 lbs
9 Toes-to-Bars
Post total rounds.
WOD 2
As many rounds as possible in 6 mins of:
6 20 in Burpee Box Jumps
9 Kettlebell Swings 1.5 pood
Post total rounds.
One group starts with WOD 1 and the other starts with WOD 2. Switch stations upon completion of your first WOD.
