25 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 75 lbs
Row, 250 m
Max Double Unders
Rest 4 mins
This is 4 sets done for 4
minutes each. Complete the SDHPs and the row, and then use the
remaining time in your 4 minutes to get as many double unders as you
can. Rest 4 minutes between sets.
