10 Toes To Bars
When you log your workout, make sure you select "Not Timed."

Then:

Death By Squat Clean 
With a continuously running clock perform: 
1 Squat Clean, 60% 1RM in the first 1 min, 
1 Squat Clean, 60% 1RM + 10 lbs in the second 1 min 
1 Squat Clean, 60% 1RM + 20 lbs in the third 1 min ... 
Continuing this for as long as you are able.

Then:

For time: 3 rounds of: 
15 Thrusters, 95/65 lbs 
15 Pull-ups 
Rest 4 mins

15 Lateral Burpee (Over Barbell)s 
15 Pull-ups
