As many reps as possible in 2 mins of: Double Under

Perform this 3 times, stretching and loosening up in between.

Then:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of: 
6 Handstand Push Ups 
9 Kettlebell Swings 
12 Wall Balls 
15 AbMat Sit-ups 

Then:

A single set of Ring Planks for max reps.
Hold the position as long as you can
