Find your Shoulder Press 1 Rep Max.

Then:

As many reps in 8 mins as you can of: 
Handstand Push Up, 5 mins 
Pull-up, 2 mins 
Air Squat, 1 min

Then:

For 5 cycles: 
AMRAP in 3 mins of: 
Run, 400 m 
21 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood 
12 Pull-ups 

Rest 1 min between each cycle. 
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
