Then:
For 5 cycles:
AMRAP in 2 mins of:
15 Power Cleans, 135/95 lbs
15 Ring Dips
Rest 1 min between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
TAKE A REST DAY IF YOU NEED IT! TOMORROW IS NOT GOING TO BE EASY.
