Sprint, 50 m 
Kettlebell Farmer's Walk, 50 lbs, 50 m 
5 Shoulder Press, 95 lbs 
Kettlebell Farmer's Walk, 50 lbs, 50 m 
Sprint, 50 m 
4 Big Ass Tire Flips

This is a team workout.  1 person will complete one round at a time until the everyone on the team has completed 5 rounds.  2-3 person teams depending on who shows up.

Then:

3 rounds for time of: 
1 Push Press 
10 Toes To Bars

Go as heavy as possible on the push press. Use the same weight for 3 rounds.
