Establish your maximum height box jump in 4 rounds.
For 3 cycles: 
AMRAP in 4 mins of: 
5 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups 
10 Push-ups 
15 Kettlebell Swings 
Rest 2 mins between each cycle. 
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
