A single set of Tire Jumps for max height.

Stack tires outside and jump onto them, continue to add tires until you can no longer reach the top.

5 rounds for time of: 
Run, 400 m 
5 Handstand Push-ups 
10 Box Jump (30 in.)s 
15 AbMat Sit-ups
