For time:
Medicine Ball Run, pick load, 400 m
30 Tire Flips
50 Power Cleans
70 Wall Balls
90 Tire Flip Jump Throughs
Overhead Walk, 135/95 lbs, 100 m
Split total number of participants into two teams and perform the WOD with one person doing work at all times. Note: Every particapant will run the 400 m with the medicine ball at the start.
