As many reps as possible in 1 min of:
AbMat Sit-up
Perform 3 times with one minute rest in between.
Run (medicine ball) 1 mi
This is an all out effort for time.
In teams of four, solo or split
group in half. Get in a line, begin your run with the medicine ball held
by the person in the back of the line. The member holding the med ball
will run to the front of the line and pass the ball to the person behind
them. The ball is passed back until the person in the rear gets it and
the process starts again. Repeat this process until a mile is complete.
