For time:
100 Air Squats
100 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood
100 Slam Ball Power Cleans, 50/30 lbs (over the shoulder)
75 AbMat Sit-ups
75 Ball Slams, 50/30 lbs
75 Double Kettlebell Cleans, 1.5/1 pood (1 KB in each hand)
50 Push-ups
50 One Arm Kettlebell Snatches, 1.5/1 pood (alternating)
50 Goblet Squats, 1.5/1 pood
Run, 800 m
With a partner. Only one
person working at a time, complete all reps as a team. Both team
members will run the 800 meters when all reps are complete.
