Please review this SCORE SHEET for movement standards. No one will be judging this workout, however, you should be familiar with movement standards before your workouts will be judged in the Open if you plan on competing.
For example: There is a difference between a Push Press and Push Jerk. Box Jumps must be a 2 foot takeoff and 2 foot landing with full extension of the hips and knees at the top of the box.
