Split Jerk

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

--Then--

        
3 rounds for time of:
 
30 Ball Slams, 50/30 lbs
25 Burpee Box Jumps
10 Handstand Push-up (Strict)s
 
Rest 1 minute between each round.  Subtract rest from total time.
