AMRAP in 3 mins of:
5 GHD Sit-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Ball Slams, 50/30 lbs
20 Walking Lunge With Med Balls, 50/30 lbs
Rest 1 min between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
