100 Toes-to-bars
Barbell Hold (Overhead), 135/95 lbs
100 Shoulder-to-Overheads, 135/95 lbs
Hang From Pull Up Bar
In groups of two, with one person performing toes to bar and one holding the loaded barbell overhead complete 100 toes to bar until the rep count is complete, toes to bar can only be completed while your partner holds the loaded barbell overhead.
Then complete 100 shoulder to overhead while your partner hangs from the pull up bar in the same manner. trade positions as needed.
The teams total score is the total time to complete the workout
