 Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

30 Snatches, 115/75 lbs 

then in the remaining time, AMRAP of: 

9 Handstand Push-ups 

12 Jumping Ball Slams, 50/30 lbs, 24/20 in 

15 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood



Slam ball must go over the box and touch the ground on the other side for the rep to count.
