Hand To Hand Kettlebell Swing 1xME at 55 lbs
Hand To Hand Kettlebell Swing 1xME at 55 lbs
Hand To Hand Kettlebell Swing 1xME at 35 lbs
Hand To Hand Kettlebell Swing 1xME at 35 lbs

Rest as needed between sets.

Perform as many hand to hand kettle bell swings as you can without allowing the weight to touch the ground. Record the reps from each set.
