Every 1 min for 15 mins do:
Goat/Accountability Work, 1 min
Goat/Accountability Work, 1 min
Pick two things your not great at.... alternate between each for the full 15 minutes working on improving the movement/technique. Exclude: heavy squatting, thrusters, double unders, for 17.5 prep.
