Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.

5 rounds for individual round times of:

Run 400 m
21 KB Swings
12 Pull ups

Rest 2 minutes between rounds and try to maintain, or improve upon, the time achieved in the first round.

Log each round time.
