Sunday main site:
6 rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters, 25 Burpees
Set up under a bar that is one foot above your reach for the burpees. Jump and touch the bar for each burpee rep.

Still have not gone to do this yet. Gonna go to the track at Northeastern HS for it here shortly.

Okay, the Burpees SUCKED! They are very similar to the '8-count Body-builders' I hated in the Marine Corps....LOL...

Anyway, I cut the Burpees to 15 instead of 25 so that I could get the 6 complete reps in...still took me:
24:32


Kinda sucked, but I guess I am setting up a baseline here.
