Waited VERY late to do WOD (I had an American Legion Riders meeting and then I was making my PVC rings). I did the WOD on my Pull Up bar here outside in 38*F temps....LOL... I don't have any real weights here at the house, so I have a 30# chain and a 20# Kettle Bell that I threw in my 'ole trusty boot camp 'Ditty bag' and wrapped a lashing strap through the handles and around my waist. Only took 5 PU's to Failure with about a 20 second break between each one, since I want to get a little sleep for tomorrows WOD.
