Picked up 60# since last CFT I did in October.

Sets were as follows:
Started squats with 185, then 225, then 235. Don't think I went past parallel though. I tried a second attempt immediately following the first of 235 and went real low, but got stuck and har to bail....LOL.
Started Shoulder Presses with 95, then 115, then a 125. Failed on the 125 lift and went ahead and did 115 again.
Deadlifts were feeling REALLY good today...LOL. Form felt very good as well. Started with 275, then 345. on the 365 attempt, I thought I was going to get stuck about at the knees but somehow pulled it through and got the hips open! My form usulaly goes to shit on the heavier DL's, btu this time stayed nice.

After the CFT, I went ahead and did Helen for fun...LOL... 9:32. Need to look back and see what my last Helen was when rested.

Looked back at my previous Helen (September 30), I did it in 11:00. So I think a 1:28 improvement in under 2.5 months is great! Hopefully another minute off by the next time it comes up!
