Used the squat rack for HSPU progressions with bar all the way up and toes on the bar.
Only 1 kipped Pull-up, and that was the last one...LOL... I tried like 3 or 4 times to get the last pull up and just kipped it. All other Pull-ups were strict deadhangs.
I loved this WOD! I have been wanting one with Deadhang PU's for a while just to check myself. Ripped my hand open in a new spot under the callous, that oughtta be fun tomorrow!
Lots of Names and times on the whiteboard, but no use of the Blog :(

I had bands for pull ups and i did my push up with a box at an angle. Still working on building my UpperBody!!
Time was 8:42- I was so stoked that I did them pulls up. I started with body weight rows and NOW look I'm on the PULL UPS!!
