5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Did Cindy again:

17 rounds plus 5 pull ups and 10 Push ups.

Last time I only did 13(+5+3)!

Cindy. 14 rounds + 5 pull ups.My arms are dead and I need a valium. Oh yeah. No I don't. I have some Guinness and Bushmills. That makes all aches and pains go away. Very nice Neil! Great work!!!
