About a week behind so i did the DL WOD
1 rep 415 lbs
10 reps 315
1 rep 415 lbs
20 reps 255 lbs
1 rep 385 lbs should have done 405lbs.
30 reps 185 lbs broken at 20 rep 5-10sec rest then 10 reps. i think i could have done all 30 strait though, but my form would have sucked the last 10 so i reset my form then finished the last 10.
Total 1,970 lbs. not geting that last 1RM at 415 kept me from 2,000.

Good job Juan. I was looking at your numbers on the whiteboard. Been trying to leave the numbers up to show a few days at a time for us all to see..LOL...

Anyway, here is my WOD report for today:

First time as Rx'd, and it was rounds got much slower after the first one. It was mostly the pull-ups that slowed me down, though. Well, that and the kids acted up more as the rounds progressed as well(had 4 of them that were 7 or under with me...LOL). The people playing basketball probably wonder who this guy is taking his whole family with him to the Gym.

The first round, everything was unbroken. As the rounds went on the sets broke up more and more. Next time I will do a lot better!

1- 3:39
2- 5:27
3- 6:42
4- 7:58
5- 7:00

Had a couple others doing the WOD when I left...Hope some more people start posting times!

Oh, and Juan, tell Heaven good job, too! Saw her Barbara Jr numbers. Heck, david is 15 and I could not even get him to finish 1 round of 10,20,30,40,50!

I meant 10, 20, 30, 40...No 50 in there.
