I did Barbara light today since I'm behide on the WOD
.5 rounds for time-with a 3 min rest in between
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 sit ups
20 squats

1 round 1:59
2 round 2:28
3 round 2:44
4 round 2:37
5 round 2:22
and I just saw the WOD for MONDAY =) great I will be walking funny around the base on tuesday for sure!!
