21:01Did MU progressions at 5'7" from the ground.WOW! The Squats were far from easy today...LOL.
Completed the WOD 28:27. Substituted Pull-ups and Dips for MU's at a 4:1 ratio, therefore was 48 Pull-ups, 48 dips, 75 squats per round.Not a bad time considering my arms were jelly and that last set of dips created an ungodly burn in my triceps. Thought someone was behind me with a Zippo under my tri's.
