Three rounds for time of:

12 Muscle-ups
75 Squats

Post time to comments.

Subs for MU are 3 Pull Ups and 3 bench dips (I have also heard 4 Pull Ups and 1 Ring dip).
If subs are used, post subs/scaling to comments.

32- dips
50 squats
time was 28 and some seconds for 3 rounds
I have never done that many pulls before and I'm so happy that I did it =)

Did MU progressions at 5'7" from the ground.

WOW! The Squats were far from easy today...LOL.

Completed the WOD 28:27. Substituted Pull-ups and Dips for MU's at a 4:1 ratio, therefore was 48 Pull-ups, 48 dips, 75 squats per round.

Not a bad time considering my arms were jelly and that last set of dips created an ungodly burn in my triceps. Thought someone was behind me with a Zippo under my tri's.
