23:27 as Rx'd....

Hands are WASTED! They were wasted from last week and were torn back open before I had 30 PU's completed. Was dropping down every 5-10 PU's to re-chalk in hopes of 'preserving some skin.'

Could have dropped a lot of time had my hands stayed together...LOL.

Wrote on the White Board before I left:
If your hands are mutilated, You might be a crossfitter!

25,20,15,10,5 for pull ups
Hands and arms are smoked and I have blister now!!
