155 pound Thruster, 5 reps
5 Muscle-ups
Run 400m

23 minutes and was grabbing the bar for round 5 when the duty at the gym informed me I had to stop because it was 9 and gym was closed.

So:
4 rounds
135# thrusters x5
MU progressions with rings about 6-8 inches overhead x5
400m run

Time- 23 Minutes....

Should have scaled down some more to get even more out of the thrusters. The 135 was wearing me out and were very slow. Also learned that Vibram Five FIngers + ice water and snow = cold ass feet! LOL.
