Did it in ATTC parking lot.
2 laps forward
1 lap backward
2 laps forward
1 lap backward

Felt too fast and I had to look at the WOD again to make sure there was not another lap in there somewhere and then 'rethink' my run to make sure I ran enough.

The backwards run felt strangely comfortable and fast! I was on my toes the whole time and lifted my heels high on each step. Felt like the 'pose' running in reverse...LOL...

I loved this WOD
Felt great afterwards.....BUT AT like 930 I got major cramps in my claf's. I mean ones like a charlie horse. SO the wod for weds. was hell. I legs would not stop cramping. I'm so mad that I could not do all 5 rounds only did 3
