Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight
Set up three bars and storm through for time.

Clock stopped for some reason, so no time....
Anyway, did some scaling:
I should have scaled even more on the squat cleans because they slowed me down a lot and were sloppy.
The Bench Press weight was close to perfect, but 10# extra would not have hurt any.
I could have gone as Rx'd on Deadlifts.
So;
Deadlift- 255 (285 Rx'd)
Bench Press- 145 (190 Rx'd)
Cleans- 135 (142.5 Rx'd)
