Row 500 meters -
did 75 singles jumps (yeap I getting better at the jump rope)
did 30 Burpees
then I went for another row 500 meters - to get a good sweat in!! LOVED this workout.

Rope broke on DU's(this is my second rope to break in a few months...LOL) and made them even easier!
