In teams of 2, climb as high as possible in 10 minutes. Only one person can work at a time. Switch positions as needed. When logging your workout, log only the distance that YOU climbed.
150 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
In teams of 2, one athlete will stay in a handstand hold while the other athlete completes wall balls. Wall balls can only be completed while one athlete is in the handstand hold. As soon as the athlete falls from the handstand hold, the athletes must switch positions and continue with the wall balls until the team reaches a total of 150 reps. When logging your workout, adjust the reps of wall balls YOU completed as well as the amount of time YOU spent in the handstand hold.
