With a continously running clock perform:
2 Pistols (Alternating Legs)s in the first 1 min
4 Pistols (Alternating Legs)s in the second 1 min
6 Pistols (Alternating Legs)s in the third 1 min
... Continuing this for as long as you are able.

Death By Toes-to-bar With a continuously running clock perform:
1 Toes-to-bar in the first 1 min,
2 Toes-to-bars in the second 1 min
3 Toes-to-bars in the third 1 min ...
Continuing this for as long as you are able.
