115-125-135-145(F)-145(F)-135-140(PR)-145(F)The 140 still felt fairly easy, so I tried for an 8th lift of 145 and still could not get it. It is all a technique thing, and my technique is not the best....LOL. I am working on it, though.Did a quick workout afterwards:3 Rounds offarmers walk (2 pood and 1.5 pood KB's, one end of basketball court to other and back, alternate hands 2nd round, last round you switch hands at end of court.)10 Ring Dips10 Pull Ups
I cant seem to get the snatch's at all45 started at and then I failed at 75 Ugh!!! it get me so mad everytime I do snatch or jerks
OK. I feel like a total wuss....... Technique notwithstanding..... 105-115-125-130-135-140(f)-125It's not that my technique is bad it's just that I look like an epileptic having a full on Grand Mal seizure.....
