Walking lunge, 50 meters
Standing broad-jump, 100 meters
Run 200 meters

Some good sacrifices must have been made to the Crossfit gods, as they were happy and handed down chalk and Abmats!!!

I did a set of situps on one of the abmats and some MU progressions with the chalk to try it all out!!!

15:08 as Rx'd. Done on 1-13.

Used the B-Ball court for Lunges and Jumps. 25m one end to the other. Runs were from side door and around PU bars and back.

3 RFT:
2x for WL= 50m
4x for the SBJ= 100m
Ran outside 200m
