Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Worked on form for OHS. This was actually a PR for me as well. As long as I work on them I will get better.

FS's felt really good. I think this was a PR.

BS's felt VERY weak! 225 felt heavy and unstable, but I continued on. Not sure what my issue was today with these. No biggie though.

Did the CFE WOD after work on the C2. It was "2x5/5x1 intervals", which is two 5 minute intervals with a 2 minute recovery between each interval, then after the second 2 minute recovery you went straight into five 1 minute intervals with 30 seconds of recovery between each. Object was to hold maximum possible distance through each interval.

Here is how I stacked up:
2x5:
1- 1390m
2- 1320m
5x1:
1- 295m
2- 290m
3- 271m
4- 280m
5- 283m
