Go to the Base Gym for a little friendly competition between some of our E-city Crossfitters starting at 9am, or you can do the mainsite WOD below!

25 Squats
25 Push-ups
25 Pull-ups

50 Squats
50 Push-ups
50 Pull-ups
50 Sit-ups
75 Squats
75 Push-ups
75 Pull-ups
75 Sit-ups

Did the MainSite WOD


Time it took each round:
1st round- 2:48
2nd round- 10:36
3rd round- 24:34

12:15 of the final round was PULLUPS alone! LOL. Last time I did this it took over an hour, so I saw a MAJOR improvement!

E city Crossfit Challenge:

Mens was Won by Corey with a time of 26:58.

Womens was Jamie Thompson with a rime of 29:31.

Don't really have any details, But I believe the men did 7 rounds for time, and the Women did 10 Rounds for time of the TRANSFORMERS WOD.

No other details, since I was at work and missed the whole ordeal.

I also want to say..... I did my FIRST MUSCLE UP from a hang today! I actually did 4 of them (not in a row; MU then Drop, Reset, MU then Drop, Reset..etc.) and it was awesome!
